Your data is collected and stored when you contact Fiorellina, when you use the digital platform to process the services you use, for our customer service, technical administration and our own marketing purposes. For this we may require your name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information.

Fiorellina collects data about customer activities on its digital platform. Fiorellina uses Google Analytics. This is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., which uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your device and which enables your use of the website to be analyzed. The information collected about your use of the digital platform is transmitted to a Google Inc. server in the USA and stored there. 6. IP-ADDRESSES

In order to be able to detect, prevent and investigate attacks on your digital platform, IP addresses with a time stamp and the URL accessed are stored briefly in log files. Log files in which IP addresses of visitors are stored are automatically deleted after 30 days at the latest.

7. INTEGRATION OF THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT

Fiorellina can refuse to process requests if they are offensive/harassing/insulting/threatening, endanger the personal rights of others, are extremely impractical or if the provision of information is not otherwise provided for under the relevant legal system.
